Force Patient app for iPhone and iPad

Force Patient is prescribed to patients of Force-enabled healthcare organizations, allowing patients to watch videos, complete tasks on their daily To-Do Lists, and communicate with their Care Teams via messages. Data points from the patient are sent back to the Care Team, allowing them to understand patients progress and take action when necessary.

Force-enabled patients should have received a welcome email and can use the same login credentials that they use to access the web version of Force to log into this app.

Force Patient is free for patients who have been prescribed Force at a Force-enabled organization.

Requires a patient Force account.

Force Patient utilizes Apple’s Health App to read your step data.
